Whole Life Expo return to Toronto

Canada’s largest showcase of natural health and green living is returning to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre this Friday with its biggest show ever!

Now in its 33rd year, Whole Life Expo, with more than 175 exhibitors and 80 lectures, performances and demonstrations, explores everything you need to live a happy, healthy and eco-friendly lifestyle.

The record number of exhibitors will offer herbal medicine, homeopathics, innovative products, raw, vegan and organic foods, and expert advice from authors and naturopathic doctors. Apart from learning about the latest trends in beauty, science and health, you’ll also discover the therapeutic benefits of cannabis from Dr. Lee Know – whether you already use cannabis, or are just curious about the hype.

As well, author Pat Crocker, of the Healing Cannabis Edibles cookbook, will be on hand Nov. 10 to discuss making informed decisions about using cannabis and how to use cannabis properly in cooking.

There also will be a selection of practitioners including chiropractors, nutritionists and naturopaths along with Chinese medicine experts, holistic medical doctors and more. Of course you’ll get to sample a range of vegetarian, vegan, keto, raw and gluten-free meals and superfoods from local restaurants, caterers and bakeries.

“The show just keeps getting bigger and better, and now more than ever offers a one-stop resource for expert advice, and product offerings across all categories to help you transform your health, and achieve ultimate vitality,” says Julie Daniluk, Whole Life Expo spokesman, TV host, author and nutritionist.
